We caught up with the owner, Marissa Sherov, and asked her some questions about what makes her practice so successful.

Out of all of the services you provide, what would you say is your specialty?
Maternal Mental Health

What inspired you to start this practice?
There is not nearly enough support for maternal mental health and there aren't enough psychotherapists willing to be transparent enough to provide trustworthy support and treatment to help women in need.

What keeps you going every day?
My children and my mindfulness practice. I don't know where I would be without them both!

What is your favorite part about your business?
I love working with moms and building a supportive bond that fosters their healing.

What is one thing you would like us to know about your business?
I am a mom and I know how hard and overwhelming it is to be a mom. I promise to be nonjudgmental and meet you where you are at with compassion and empathy. I will help you reclaim your life, find your passion and purpose, and restore your sanity.

What is the best compliment you've received about your services?
"You are phenomenal. I wish I didn't know you. I mean that in the nicest way because if we weren't friends I would come to you in a second for help."

What makes your business unique?
I utilize a mind and body approach to healing to partner with my clients to help them to become the best versions of themselves. I am a clinical social worker, a trained mindfulness teacher and yoga instructor, as well as a Holistic Health Coach. I take into account all aspects of a persons' life in order to help them improve their wellbeing.
