We caught up with the owner, Monet Dalpiaz, and asked her some questions about what makes her business so successful.
 
🌼What inspired you to start this business?
🌷I had a Diastasis that was greater than 10 fingers. I was struggling with feeling weak, “empty,” and disconnected from my core and pelvic area. I also developed chronic lower back pain and urinary incontinece.
 
🌼How long have you been in this business?
🌷2 years
 
🌼What keeps you going every day?
🌷I LOVE watching women remember their strength!! It is such an honor to be a part of their process. Many of my clients come feeling discouraged and for lack of a better word “broken.” By the end of their process, not only do they rediscover their strength but they feel empowered and connected to themselves again.
 
🌼What is your favorite part about your business?
🌷Coaching my clients when they feel discouraged and educating them on what’s going on in their bodies. This helps them to understand WHY they are doing what they are doing, intern supporting their commitment to follow through with the healing process.

🌼Out of all of the services you provide, what would you say is your specialty?
🌷Restoration of functional core strength and Diastasis Recti repair.
 
🌼What is the best compliment you've received about your services?
🌷I had a women tell me that prior to working with me she felt broken and that she was discouraged from having any more children. After working with me, she explained with gratitude that now she feels empowered to grow her family and feels stronger than ever.
 
🌼What makes your business unique?
🌷The coaching that I provide and the fact that I tailor programs to individual lifestyles.
 
🌼What is one thing you would like us to know about your business?
🌷I believe in you and I am here for you! I am accessible for questions throughout your journey and am here to support you not only with your physical changes, but the emotional component that goes along with healing your core as well. I will always be honest and give you my sincerest recommendations. My approach is non judgmental, I will help you in any way that I can.
