Noelle was born and raised on Long Island, NY. She currently lives in Mastic Beach, NY with her partner of 20 years, 2 living children and 1 angel. She discovered her passion for photography around 2007 with her first DSLR camera. After the birth of her daughter in 2011 she became obsessed with motherhood photography and decided to make her business official. The birth and postpartum time following her sons birth in 2013 was traumatic and is when she slowly realized the lack of support for birthing people in the hospital and after coming home. In 2014, she began her journey into birth photography after every image her husband took of her sons birth came out blurry. This quickly became her obsession and her realization that there were support people for birthing individuals - a doula. This became her calling. Her business took shape in 2015 with her certifying as birth doula and placenta specialist. She certified with Birth Becomes Her, mentored with Mary Betsellie for postpartum work and also rents birth pools for home birthing families across Long Island. She is the owner of Long Island Born, director of Birth and Beyond Resources Mamamoon Suffolk program and will head up the Sapphire Sea program for families suffering from stillbirth.
