Call our free support line staffed by trained doulas
24 hours a day / 7 days a week

Get your questions answered about up to date hospital policies, the latest COVID-19 research, and preparing for birth during the pandemic with the help of a trained support mentor.
Mentors will be matched up with pregnant people to provide virtual individualized non-medical support and guidance through pregnancy and postpartum period (0-3 months after birth).
Mentors are available to provide 1:1 virtual support to help assist you in navigating your personal concerns, needs and priorities through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mentors are trained birth and postpartum doulas but would not replace a privately hired doula. Mentors are non-medical but rather provide emotional support, educational resources, and refer out as needed.
United Perinatal Support Coalition is a unified response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects on birthing persons on Long Island between the organizations: Birth & Beyond Resources, East End Birth Network, Long Island Doula Association, and Traditional Doula & Midwifery Arts. UPSC aims to provide virtual support to birthing persons during the COVID-19 pandemic with trained birth professionals.
