Want to find out more about becoming a Certified Birth & Beyond Doula?

Birth Doula Certification Requirements:

• Complete the prerequisite course Birth & Beyond Educator Course and pass the exam. 
• Attend the Virtual Birth & Beyond Doula Training following the Educator Course.
• Read & sign to the code of ethics and agreement for Birth & Beyond Educators and Doulas.
• Attend two births using the six senses rule. Births can be in any setting.
  • Births can be attended as an apprentice to a Certified Birth & Beyond Doula.

Postpartum Doula Certification Requirements:

• Complete the prerequisite course Birth & Beyond Educator Course and pass the exam. 
• Attend the Virtual Birth & Beyond Doula Training following the Educator Course.
• Read & sign to the code of ethics and agreement for Birth & Beyond Educators and Doulas.
• Become a MamaMoon Volunteer with Birth & Beyond Resources.
• Complete the MamaMoon training (visits only available in certain markets).
• Complete the PMAD & Breastfeeding Workshops.
• Complete and pass Postpartum Doula Training exam.
