Our volunteers want you to know that we are dedicated to surrounding you with the support you need from your village for your postpartum period.
We have dedicated this page just for our MamaMoon Mothers. You'll find a 5-day meal plan for the most amazing invention for postpartum, the crock pot (or instapot!). We hope you’ll take advantage of delivery services (we've included links to sign up below!) and employ your partner to put together the ingredients the night before. In the morning, all you should need to do is pour it into the crock pot and push ‘on’.
You will also find a quick list of postpartum resources and local breastfeeding support group times and locations.
Lastly, an important item we have on this page is the Postpartum Check In list. This is a tool to use 2-4 weeks postpartum. It is not to be used to diagnose a disorder. Postpartum mood and anxiety disorders like depression are under-diagnosed and occur in 1 in 5 women. Please fill this out and give to your partner, care provider, therapist, or loved one.
